In this session, participants will explore the neuroscience of technology's effects on cognitive and emotional well-being, examining the intricate relationships among tech use, mental health, and digital wellness. They'll engage in discussions and reflections to critically assess their digital habits and devise practical strategies for achieving a healthier balance in their interactions with technology, even amidst the constant allure of digital devices. Participants will also explore digital citizenship and technology literacy, gaining the tools to use technology ethically and effectively to enhance their personal and professional lives. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with foundational tools and knowledge to promote mindful tech use, reduce distractions, increase productivity, and enhance overall well-being for themselves and others. This session welcomes online and in-person participants for a dynamic exploration of digital wellness.
