As a faculty, the School of Nursing acknowledges the need to incorporate Indigenous Ways of Knowing and Being into our curriculum, our culture, and the nursing care our students will take out into the workplace. However, many of us struggled with the challenge of not knowing how to grow our own knowledge in this area. As a result, we developed an Indigenous Resource Library to facilitate our faculty development. In this session we will present the opportunities and challenges that we faced in creating our library. We will present the current status of the library and provide a template that will allow of expansion and replication in other disciplines. Participants in this panel discussion will have the opportunity to ask questions and consider how a similar project might benefit their discipline. *This scholarship is being shared in partial fulfilment of the requirements of the Contemporary Educator Program (CEP).
