Learning Connections Conference 2024

Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop on Universal Design for Learning (UDL). Through collaborative discussions and hands-on activities, we will explore practical strategies for integrating UDL principles (i.e., multiple means of engagement, perception and comprehension, and action/ expression) into course Learning Plans, assessment plans, and delivery schedules (lessons/learning activities). Together, we will identify some of the learning barriers encountered by our students and creatively brainstorm strategies to work collaboratively (Faculty, Support Staff, and Admin) in embracing UDL at SLC. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave equipped with some practical tips to create more inclusive and engaging learning opportunities for our students.
